Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

Please include a photo of the issue so we can address it quickly.

Wrong Item

Received the wrong product? Contact us and we'll ship the correct one right away at no cost to you.

Size Issues

Since our products are printed on demand (made specifically for your order), we can't accept returns for sizing. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

General Returns

Because every item is custom-printed when you order it, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. We don't carry inventory — your item is made fresh just for you.
